The exhibition Shilpa Gupta: I Live Under Your Sky Too explores recent work by the Indian artist. Gupta centers her works in the world of those discriminated against and silenced, in borderlands and margins, in repression and isolation. Her poetic installations featuring sound fill the exhibition galleries with the voices of distinct communities.
Curated by Bárbara Rodríguez Muñoz, Director of Exhibitions and of the Collection of the Centro Botín, the exhibition is accompanied by a catalogue that features texts by RodríguezMuñoz, art historian and curator Rattanamol Singh Johal, artist and poet María Salgado, and academic Pratap Bhanu Mehta.
