An apprentice in Man Ray’s studio (and originally influenced by artists such as Brassaï, André Kertész or Eugène Atget), Bill Brandt was one of the founders of modern photography.
The main themes of his work, such as social reportage, portrait, nude or landscape are listed in this volume, published on the occasion of his first major retrospective in Spain.
Exhibition curated by Ramón Esparza, PhD in Visual Communications and art critic.
