Sébastien Bras is the son of the legendary chef Michel Bras and heir to the legendary recipes of the family restaurant Le Suquet, one of the best in the world, located in the village of Aveyron.
This volume is an invitation from journalist Pierre Carrey to discover the history of a family dedicated to cooking, especially the vegetable world. It also extols the gastronomic importance of the Aubrac region, located in the French Massif Central, through more than 270 photographs and 40 previously unpublished recipes.
